The Life & Style Community is for those women who have made a commitment to change their lifestyle and to
achieve their goal!

It came out of a need I identified because I was being contacted by women, who tell me that they are making life changes but then clearly need that added support of like-minded people around them. They are looking for a resource centre, a place to ask questions and seek out information. Above all, they are looking for a community where that promotes a ‘can do’ attitude, that will keep them accountable but are equally enthusiastic to celebrate their 'small wins' with. A group of ‘sisters’ who will lift each other up!
